Who We Serve

Active Duty Service Members

Every day, our freedom is protected by the few who volunteer to serve. They willingly face danger to ensure our lives at home are safe and secure. We’re working tirelessly to remind our heroes around the world that a grateful nation stands behind them.

why we serve

My First Visit to a Military Hospital Forever Changed Me

Germany 2003, Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. I was nervous to meet these wounded service members. How should I greet them? How should I interact? Entering the first large room, there were many with less serious wounds who would be patched up and sent back to the war.

The Need

TODO: Add Need Statement

  1. Many Are 100% Volunteer

Community members dedicate their time and skills to ensure public safety and emergency response without financial compensation.

  2. Too Proud To Ask For Help

Driven by a strong sense of duty and self-reliance, many First Responders silently bear their burdens without reaching out for support.

  3. Pressure On The Whole Family

The intense stress doesn't stop at the end of their shift. Their families often share in the strain caused by their high-stakes work.

  4. Government Programs Are Not Enough

The challenges and needs of our first responders are complex, requiring additional support to fill the gap.

The Cost of Freedom

30%

30% of first responders develop behavioral health conditions including depression and post-traumatic stress.
